Payment
=======
To book a tee time on-line please enter your credit or debit card details using our secure on-line payment process. Full payment will be taken at the time of booking.
All online rates exclude pre-paid vouchers. If you have a pre-paid voucher please phone the reservations office to book +353 (0)18609600.
Cancellation Policy
===================
To cancel your booking you must phone the club.
If you cancel your booking more than 2 days before your date of play,
you will receive a full refund of your green fee. There is no refund if cancellation is within 2 days.
Open Competitions
==============================
For Open Competitions no refunds will be given.
Promotions and Special Offers
==============================
For Promotions and Special Offers no refunds will be given.
Failure To Cancel Your Booking
==============================
If you fail to cancel your booking, you will be charged in full for the green fee value. This charge will be made to your credit/debit card.
Booking Transferable
====================
The Booking is completely Transferable. Should you be unable
to make your tee time, you can offer the tee time to someone else such
as a family member or friend providing they comply with the booking restrictions.
Handicaps
=========
Handicap & Golf Club of player must be entered when booking.
Dress Code
==========
Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies. The following are therefore not
permitted: denims,football/rugby tops, etc.
Spikes
======
Soft spikes must be worn and can be purchased in the pro shop.
Tour Operators
==============
Tour Operators must pay in full a month in advance or groups over 20. Of groups under 20 our normal payment terms apply.
